#KECtravels: Laguna Beach - Day Four

Our last day of the trip was on Memorial Day. We woke up pretty early to get ready and pack up our things. We wanted to eat lunch since we hadn't the past two days so at 10am we decided to start walking around to find a place to eat.

We passed this beautiful Memorial Day tribute on the way. It was pretty cool. We walked around a saw a lot of BBQs and picnic set ups which was nice.

We walked around and ended up going into a restaurant that we passed several times called C'est La Vie. They had a bunch of really good looking pastries in the window.

We sat outside per usual and had a nice view of a park and the ocean.

Kristen really wanted fish tacos, so that's what she ordered. I think she really enjoyed them.

I had the Goat Cheese and Red Pepper Crepes. They were phenomenal! So good. Creamy and cheesy and delicious. I ate the whole thing and soaked up the rest of the sauce with bread. No regrets.

Mary ordered the Caprese salad which was really fresh and pretty.

Then we headed back to our hotel to finish packing and checked out of our room. We drove back to the hotel and returned our rental car. The John Wayne Airport is pretty small but really nice. We got through security really quickly then it was back to sweet home Chicago...
